The birth of Control Live® has its origin in a fortuitous event: the accident of the founder of the company, which forced him to undergo a difficult recovery in a specialized center. This experience brought him face to face with the harsh reality that people deprived of mobility must endure, their lack of autonomy and the high physical and psychological dependence that they generate in those who take care of them. These circumstances are overwhelming for a single person and often lead to injuries due to the excessive effort required to maintain awkward positions.
This challenge stimulated and propelled the founder to devise a comprehensive solution to empower patients and improve both their quality of life and that of their caregivers. This is how the idea of combining the power of technology and innovation to build a robotized electric bed convertible into a chair arose.
